This is a capitalism-omen yarn inspired by the bank-dystopia film Killing Zoe.

The Dutchmen known as the 'ex-presidents' robbed banks across Europe and then set their sights on a high-line Miami bank which boasted wealthy druglords as patrons/customers. The Dutchmen were comprised of Tom Dardin (an ex-journalist), Jimmy Intel (an ex-NSA officer), Ronald Reagan (an ex-comedian), and Omar Patel (an ex-blacksmith from Saudi Arabia). The Dutchmen did their homework and discovered that Pablo Neymar and Jose Gonzalez were among the very high-profile 'underworld clients' of Miami Gem Bank.
Miami Gem Bank (MGM) sat between two highways (as escape routes), and the Dutchmen infiltrated the computer programming schematics for the automated alarm system. They then hatched a distraction at the Miami post office (near MGM) where a customer (Jimmy Intel) pretended to go on a fit of rage, complaining and threatening to sue and even wielding his umbrella as a weapon. Police and reporters showed up, and while this was going on, the other three Dutchmen robbed Miami Gem Bank (completely alarm-system scrambled with careful hacking by Ronald Reagan!).
The Dutchmen took a train to D.C. and then a plane to India, where they settled into a reclusive high-end mansion decorated like an ancient palace. The druglords never found them, and Ronald Reagan even opened his own special 'American History Casino' (which featured decor and lettering/signs about great events/icons in U.S. history!). Jimmy Intel decided to espouse a homegrown approach to cannabis-use and also electric vape pens --- to 'weed out the dirt' of the dirty industry. Pablo Neymar and Jose Gonzalez were ruined in the proverbial 'court of public opinion,' which now cast them as "fools to gifted robbers --- modern-day Robin Hoods!" It was capitalism 'folkism' at its finest. Ronald Reagan retired reading Green Arrow comics.
