Police aren't supposed to shoot a man 10-15 feet away from them if the man tells them to shoot. Police have extensive training on bringing down criminals. Police have tazers, pepper spray, batons etc......

I know cops are scared and I know why. This doesn't allow them to profile and kill.

My gosh but the level of your ignorance is simply astounding. Police are trained to shoot anyone advancing on them who is within 22 feet. The lethal range for a good knife fighter is 25 feet. The video clearly shows that the man was advancing on them with his hands in his pockets. Thus the police officers had no idea what they were facing. The man was smart, smarter than you, and got his desired result.
