Attorney for Michael Cohen backs away from confidence that Cohen has information about Trump’s knowl

Well in order for it to be a crime::

FECA contains its own criminal sanctions, which provide that, to be a crime, a FECA violation must have been committed knowingly and willfully and, except for campaign misrepresentations and certain coerced contributions, must have involved at least $2,000 in a calendar year

Since Cohen paid and Trump paid him back. No crime.

Glad you now agree it was indeed campaign related.

Sure it was just like Hitlery and the DNC paying Steele for a bogus dossier was campaign related.

Don't see you or any of the other lefty loons discussing that.

I was laughing today when they were all doing the two step backstroke on all the stations... They got their 3 days of fame and lies out there and the backstroke wont even be seen by most... And that was their intent... fucking inbred pieces of shit!

Sadly this was the liberal media's intention all along, run the lie 24/7 do as much damage as possible to president Trump, then when nobody is paying attention anymore quietly print the retraction.

Yes it was and it was reported as such. That is what you and your fellow statist fail to grasp

Yet another thread about trump and his attorney that you’re trying to derail to be about Hillary?? She must be living in your head.

Meanwhile, you’ve already admitted Cohen and Trump committed a crime by paying Stormy Daniels for her silence with the intent of influencing the election. Or in your words, to “get her out of the election.” That’s the definition of a campaign contribution and it was never reported; and that’s the definition of a crime. Even Dershowitz said that.
