This has happened before. Years ago, kids playing cops and robbers in one of the kids own yards was suspended from school and charged because his yard was so many feet too close to school property to permit toy guns. NO REASONABLE ADULT WITH HALF A BRAIN COULD SANCTION SUCH CHILD ABUSE! THE LEFT ARE FASCIST CREEPS and it is becoming very clear why public school kids are becoming deranged and bringing real guns to school to kill with.

The 'acting out' of the child, with previous instances and counseling and parental notification, required necessary action by school authorities.

The child will hopefully understand that prohibited actions (pointing imaginary weapons of death when angry) will result in handcuffs and physical restraint.
