Are Republicans Proud of Their Party?

The GOP has become about as bad as the Democrats. There is very little difference.... they've settled on "hey, we're bad, just not as bad as them".

Whatever.

Still better than democrats though.
Not by much, but yes we are better.

At least some still have morals.
Dems have none.
I wouldn't want GOP morals. I think cutting daycare, health care, student lunches is horrible.

I think that all of that should be done in the private sector and run more efficiently.

A new poll puts Joe Biden a little ahead of Hillary so while left wing bigots obsess about Sara Palin the democrat party has a choice between a brain damaged idiot or an angry abused psychopath who couldn't tell the truth on her best day.

"Southern Strategy"

it's so clear why left-wing idiots need to keep conspiricy theories alive; because they lose on the issues all day long.

it doesnt matter what the Southern Strategy wanted to do, tried to do
what is important is that evry liberal-run place in America is a case-study in everything they say they are against: from racial and ethnic violence, gun violence, materialism, waste, misogyny...etc

idiots and hypocrites
Is the South still solidly conservative Democrat? It was before Nixon.

We've gone from Palin not knowing why there was a North and South Korea to a GOP member heckling the President during a speech to Clint Eastwood talking to a chair to the current leader of the pack of GOP hopefuls giving out an opponent's private cell number.

At what point do you guys jump ship?
Its plain to understand why a person like yourself would ask a question like that, its much better to point at others then to look at ones self.

Clint Eastwood was wrong; obama isnt an empty chair.

an empty chair can at least stand by itself, unlike obama

a Democrat senator said Guam was getting overcrowded and because it's an island was in danger of tipping over

a repub gave out a phone number?

left-wingers at the height of the failed "Occupy" movement went to the homes of corporate executives and surrounded their houses; frightening small children inside

idiots and hypocrites

We're not harvesting baby body parts to sell, or defending sanctuary cities the Left set up where illegals kill innocent Americans

so yea we're in pretty good shape

Neither are the democrats but since you brought it up

No, you're just helpless to stop any of the above....

At what point do republicans interested in sound, responsible governance take back their party from social conservatives, Christian fundamentalists, reactionary libertarians, and extremist TPM nitwits.

Die hard Republicans will always be die hard Republicans. Die hard Democrats will always be die hard Democrats. Yes, it's true, some do switch from time to time. But, as a general rule, once a Republican, always a Republican. And, the same holds true for Democrats. You can NOT reason with either side, it's almost impossible. Both sides seem not to be able to use common sense and simple logic.

Not sure what (if any) point you had.
There are nutjobs in all Parties. I remember Sheila Jackson Lee asked if one of the rovers would see the flag we left on Mars. #SMH

But on a national stage, you don't see Democrats doing shit like betting other candidates during a debate $10,000. Or, at the national convention, thinking it's a good idea to have an actor talking to a chair. Or putting rules into the debate structure that basically torpedoes the candidacies of those who don't make it to what is even being called "the grown up's table" thus further demeaning them. LOL.

Are you proud of yours?

I am not a member of any political party.

The point is that both sides are the same, no difference. Neither side is any better, nor any worse than the other.

It's hilarious to compare the parties. One's leading candidate is handing out the private phone numbers of his opponent, having a babbling geriatric actor talking to an empty chair on national television, and a base that applauds the suggestion of "Let him die" if he doesn't have insurance.

And, when you look at the board:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::

You get near wholesale support of the behavior above.

Are Dems perfect? Far from it. Are they behaving like a political party should? Yes.

One party is behaving at a political party; the other is not. Pretty much my point. Do you agree?

"We're not doing this. Btw, you're totally powerless to stop us from doing this." Nice move. ;)

I'm not part of the the Democratic party (or any party). And yes, the GOP is powerless to stop any of what was listed.
