Here is a recent IRS tax filing, the Clinton Foundation 990 form.

over 40% of donations are paid to employees for salaries.

Why don’t they advertise that during fundraising?

The Clinton's no longer have any power to pay people back for their money, thus they are no longer getting as much. Everyone knows that the Clinton foundation was just a way for people to pay for their favors. It is old news.
