How much death has to be caused by these systems before people understand they dont work?
Yes many are. Not all but many. Many love the idea of their Nanny State but in the end they're only creating an oppressive Police State. We're already moving in that direction. It's sad.
Many more people are ignorant of how many deaths are caused by religious fanatics.
As someone who spent a career in law enforcement, recruited, hired, trained and disciplined LEO's I must say you're full of shit.
How is that relavent. Communism over the last 90 years has been a system defined by incompetence and mass murder. The question is, how many people have to die to show it won't work. Religion is not part of the question.
It can be a different question, but it is not relavent to this discussion.
Are you saying you don't see that we're becoming an oppressive Police State? I find that pretty hard to fathom. Just look around. The TSA is now on our highways setting up checkpoints. Man,don't we have enough law enforcement on our highways already? My God,how many agencies are out there policing? Yet now we suddenly need TSA checkpoints too? I'm sorry, but the Police State grows stronger by the day. You don't want to see it,that's fine with me. But it is happening.
You confuse (or obfuscate) an economic theory with a politcal system.
I agree. I'm glad we're not a socialist country.
Some of them, certainly.
Not as many as the seriously ignorant of the consequeces of corporato-fascism, of course.
Funny, I thought those deaths were because those countries were undergoing years of war and civil war before the commies took over.
How many people died in our own civil war, and in the violence that followed it?
Communism and Capitalism have one thing in common. They both sound great on paper. and they both tend to really get screwed up when human beings are involved. We tend to find the way to screw up just about anything.
Separate names with a comma.
