Arby’s manager frozen dead

Maintenance is a management function and responsibility. She was either "a store manager" or "the store manager'. Is sounds like she died of her own misadventure and mismanagement.

Utterly stupid lady to not see a problem
Geez

Except it was not her store. She had relocated there at the behest of her management. And the latch was broken for months.

I've already seen this movie...

Huge law suit as the latch on the freezer was not fixed

This had happened enough times that it is pretty much standard protocol to completely take a walk in out of service if it has any door issues. That said, the saddest part is sometimes these units can be escaped through the top depending on how it is set up but people might not realize that often they just let gravity hold the tops in place instead of affixing them to the side panels.

Months is too long, on a walk-in Freezer lock, as we now have seen.

Tough story.......condolences to her family but I would assume anytime one goes into a walk-in freezer; they leave it propped open some how just out of safety....
