and not fishing and hunting?
That would be me. I'm going on a short hike tomorrow here:
Pinnacle Mountain natural envinronment day-use state park near Little Rock, Ark
I wear a camo jacket and all the rednecks think I'm a hunter.
yes ...but people don't always enjoy it with us because ..we talk politics and call them Libtards and such if they disagree with us...and keep saying things like ..I bet theres good fishin in that river and ...fuck..I wish I had brought my gun.....
Pretty place Xcited. Eots if that's what you talk about I definitely wouldn't enjoy hiking with you.
I don't like to talk much on a hike.
no of course you don't.....
I like to be quiet.
I used to love hiking up the mountains of the east coast.
Not so much.
I've hiked the Rockies, the Sangre de Cristos, the Cascades. I used to love backpacking.
I did camp for two months in northern New Mexico in total silence.
My youngest son often hikes and camps in the Smokies of Georgia and the Carolinas. Just him and his Husky, for a week to ten days.
I love to hike, about 15 miles per day just to see natures wonders and enjoy the time either alone or with others. Southern Arkansas is the nearest mountains/hills to me here in NW Louisiana.
i have been a backpacker for years. In fact my wife and I did a 7 day 65 mile trek in Glacier nat'l park on our honeymoon.
