I went to bed around 1:30 last night (early by my standards) and laid in bed until about 3, 3:15 until I got up and wrote for a little while (whenever I get an idea, I like to jot it down). Around 3:30, 3:45 or so, I tried to go to sleep, but found that I was completely awake. So, I laid in bed, trying to sleep, until around 7:00, then I just said screw it and got back up. Now I'm siting here, having not slept since Sunday night, and I am completely, 100% wide awake. I've gotten to a point where it takes me a good half hour or so to fall asleep, am I facing the first stages of insomnia?
