If he blatantly calls you it for the whole sake of the post then its a violation. He is merely using it to provoke your attention and then presenting a point to you. The same way someone would say moron, idiot, asshole, jackass, etc to get one's attention.

Had he simply said "Your a fag" and nothing more, i think you might have an argument.
