Anti-gun bait and switch on the No Fly/ No Buy list...if you have ever been investigated by FBI...

Remember at the start of this current debate.......the gun grabbers said, if you are on the no fly list you shouldn't be able to get a gun.....

Well...that was the bait.....

Now comes the switch....if you have ever been investigated by the FBI.....your name would go on the no gun list....

Cybercast News reports Senator Dianne Feinstein’s gun control bill would flag would flag everyone who has ever been investigated by the FBI,

Briefly quoting the CNS News report linked above:

“Omar Mateen would have been picked up by this…because he was under investigation. There is a part of our bill that would cover him as well,” Feinstein told CBS’s “Face the Nation” on Sunday.

In short, if your name has ever shown up on an FBI list, you will not legally buy a gun until an investigation ahs been made. Probably in the 31st Century.

So....if a family member is trying to get a security clearance as part of their job...and the FBI talks to you....you could very well end up on the no gun list..........

Bait and Switch....never trust anti gunners....

Host John Dickerson followed up: "So if you have been under investigation over some period of time, you would trigger --"

"That's correct," Feinstein interrupted.

"And what's the time period there for --" Dickerson asked.

"There is no time period," Feinstein said.

"So...if you've ever been looked at by the FBI?" Dickerson asked.

"That's correct," Feinstein said.

What if the FBI got it wrong, Dickerson asked. "So now they can never buy a firearm?"

"They would be subject to being pinged," Feinstein said, adding that the FBI "would look at it."

And you guys thought it would only apply if they actually put you on the no fly list........
