Now a resident of a Red state! Hallelujah!

Seedy shit.

But, again, this is now ripe for review by a real court of law. The SCOTUS.

The famous old Chinese curse keeps springing to mind. “May you live in interesting times.”

These days are very interesting.

Whatever he put on twitter is public domain and shown to the public already. Of course, trump lawyers failed to protect trump from trumps own words.

If Twitter is public domain, why does Jack Smith need access? Isn't there a difference between personal opinions and public statements?

You missed the point. Skeevy Smith could have gotten it via a search warrant but didn’t want to tip off Trump. So he tried to get it via a mere subpoena on Twitter. Musk fought it. That tipped Smith’s hand.

I don’t know that it makes any sense for Musk to fight further.

But your claim about his lawyers have nothing to do with anything.

Actually, this ruling denies Trump's access to Jack Smith's Twitter search regarding this case. This may be a close call, since tweets can be cherry picked through selective search filters to conceal explanatory context.

When was the last time Trump won in court? Good luck, bucko.

Your fail stands highlighted and underscored.

Feel free to hurry back and be exposed again as the simpleton you are — at your earliest convenience. :auiqs.jpg:
Trump loses 95% of his cases. Recently, Trump lost 2 cases on the same day.

I'll give you the one you found as a huge win for your inflated ego.
