For a report that has been written and signed off on but not made available, the leaks from people that have seen it or participated compiling and writing it seems to really surprise and anger people on the radical right. You would think they would learn by now that when official investigative reports are made they probably will not favor their point of view as given them by people of lie incessantly, go to jail at a rate higher than any other administration in American history. The only time the fact can be made not to matter is if you can get out ahead of it with plausible counter argument from people trusted to tell the truth. It only worked on the Mueller report because Barr was new and given benefit of the doubt for two weeks, but we who read the report quickly found out he was just another in a long line of liars. You could cling to Obama did it. Wrong. Or, Hillary did (unproven) but the corroboration of the facts does come out. Now we are in the phase where credible pre-release is being done to avoid the radical right getting ahead of reports with lies, misrepresentation, or having time to effectively discredit the writers.
