Those damn Republicans never give up, this time they want to amend the constitution of California to prevent unions from ever changing the law.

    California has a constitution?

I got the impression that they just sort of made shit up as they went along.

Tell me .. how is this bad for the taxpayer exactly...if you don't mind..

and doesn't Brown's tax plan raise taxes on the taxpayers to pay off the unions anyway..

Unions shouldn't be powerful enough to be a threat to the taxpayer/government in my opinion. They are far beyond recalling that they work for the taxpayer/government, basically their thugs.
