The wall is to stop foot traffic. Since forever, foot traffic, even in remote areas was relatively easy, and who doesn't like easy? Can you tell us if any NEW wall is being built in these areas that you mention with the $3.5 billion he now has to spend? Where is it? How far along is it?

90% or something of the sort, of the illegal drugs coming in to our country, come through LEGAL BORDER points of entry. What's worse, 100 lbs of opioids crossing the border on a donkey in a dessert or mountainous area, or 10 tons crossing in to the country at a legal border crossing, in an 18 wheeler truck?
