Ok, the supremes have divined that "enemy combatants" can get access into the courts. Can someone, using little words please, explain why the German POW'S held in the midwest during WW2 couldn't sue? Does it have something to do with a congressional declaration of war? Personally I think it is ROT (really out there). If you are a US Citizen, then try em for treason and hang em when or if convicted. If you are not a citizen then you rot until the war is over or we choose to release you.
