According to the latest survey by the Atlantic, Omaha ranked second to Austin Texas, as the best place for millenials to live. Other polls have shown both Omaha and Lincoln in the top twenty places to live in the United States.

Oh, and in a few days 40,000 will be in Omaha to see their money Guru Warren Buffet.

Hmmm...

A lot of the prospering areas are thus due to (a) proximity to a military base, (b) a lot of healthcare stuff, and (c) universities. It also looks like the drought has brought a lot of misery in California.

"Best place to live" seems to ignore weather. The Dakota's? I don't think so.

Does it make sense to relocate to an area because its unemployment rate is good at one particular time?
