Amazon is feared to be planning a bloodbath at Whole Foods. Amazon will probably be the first ones to force the hands of , getting chipped they are so tied into a futuristic system and half the sheep haven't a clue how controlled this is and will be over you .
 
Well, maybe in place of the Wal-Marts that pulled out of small towns,
hipster business entrepreneurs can buy out those locations and create local co-ops
and campus settings to teach sustainable economy and green living.

Until everything is locally accessible and sustainable, we will continue to see changes.
If it's not sustainable, it's eventually going to be replaced with something else.
It's social evolution and human development. We're not finished yet with
our learning curve and how humans are going to survive on this planet.

Yeah I heard Walmart is suppose to be giving them quite the challenge, and then there are articles where Amazon will tank Walmart. I guess the strongest will win in the battle of corporate power.

Amazon expects to reduce headcount and change inventory to lower prices and make Whole Foods competitive with Wal-Mart Stores Inc. and other big-box retailers, according to a person with knowledge of the company’s grocery plans. That included potentially using technology to eliminate cashiers. An Amazon spokesman denied any job cuts were planned.
