If you mean Keystone XL, you're STILL wrong. You people believe everything you're told and refuse to inform yourselves...lolThere are refineries in the Midwest that were refitted to refine tarsands about 8-10 years ago. That gas is sold in the region. Those refineries will be by-passed if the export pipeline is finished. It's a matter of profits and taxes.
"The proposed Keystone XL pipeline would start from the same area in Alberta, Canada, as the Phase 1 pipeline. The Canadian section would consist of 526 kilometres (327 mi) of new pipeline. It would enter the United States at Morgan, Montana, and travel through Baker, Montana, where American-produced oil would be added to the pipeline; then it would travel through South Dakota and Nebraska, where it would join the existing Keystone pipelines at Steele City, Nebraska."
