Another sickening ACLU secular liberal pervert:
The key word is "former" head of the Virginia chapter of the ACLU. Contrary to what you may think this man does not seem to be a high profile individual so the news does not pick it up. It is only newsworthy if the person's profile is high enough to warrant national attention. Former members of Congress and heads of Departments do not receive the same amount of attention they did when they held their office so why should it be any different in the case of someone who used to serve as the head of the Virginia ACLU. I suggest you use some common sense since it is clear that you are lacking in it. If the major news organizations were to cover every incident of every individual who has ever held a high profile position than there wouldn't be any time to cover current news that matter to people. If this man was chosen as the new head of the Virginia ACLU than his guilty plea would be applicable but as a private citizen he no longer holds interest to anyone who doesn't have an ax to grind.

I dont see the right as being more moral than the left or less moral than the left. I dont see the left as being more moral than the right or more moral than the right. The difference for me seems to be based on relationships and messages. The right seems to have latched itself with mainline churches (or churches have latched themselves onto the right).

If both parties are morally equal but one party sets itself a higher standard, then it seems as that party is less moral. When a Republican falls, he seems to fall hard and the Republicans get rid of him so that they can keep favor with their religious right groups. When a Democrat falls equally, there is no morality PAC to hold him accountable so it seems as though it is no big deal.

I can not speak for Democrats since I am not one but I can speak for myself in saying that it is obvious that Republicans are less moral than Democrats but this doesn't excuse Democrats since they are not that far removed from Republicans in their support of the immoral Constitution. The only saving grace of Democrats is that they tend to support the Bill of Rights more than the Constitution which means they are more on the side of right than on the side of evil.
It is time for Democrats to step forward and do what is right and condemn the evil actions of their Republican neighbors and family members who have betrayed us, them and their country. The acts of treason committed by Republicans every election should not go unchallenged. Their continued support of the filthy document drafted by their faction in 1789 should tell us all something about their lack of character, and their immoral position. The ACLU has a track record (nevertheless a weak one) of supporting the Bill of Rights and doing what needs to be done to protect the rights of people. It is because of this that you find them supporting people of faith and atheists at the same time. Ironically, their consistency in defending rights is the very reason that Republicans who have chosen to accept an immoral doctrine as taught by their false priests and pastors who have distorted Christianity, and religion just like the conservative Jihadists have done with Islam hate the ACLU. The reason conservatives support filters is because they lull parents into a false sense of security which makes their children easier prey for pedophiles. Democrats are right on this one because they understand that it is a parents responsiblity to protect their children and the best way to do that is for them to be involved in their child's life. Why do you think Mark Foley sponsored the legislation he did? Who would think that this man was someone who would molest children. He found himself a safe place to look down on his prey and to wait in the shadows before leaping out. I suspect that when you get down to it that you will find that the majority of Republicans are tyrants. I think it is important that we keep in mind the real motives of a lot of Republicans.
