Just wait until ACA enrollees find out that now the IRS has their bank account numbers, if they miss a payment they will see an ACH (automatic clearing house) EFT (electronic fund transfer) on their accounts. What this means is the IRS will attach all funds deposited in their accounts until their ACA payment is satisified. The ACA was declared a tax and the additional 15,000+ IRS agents primary mission is to ensure that the taxes are collected.
