GAZA, (PIC)-- The recent report of the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) in the occupied land provided another proof of Israeli crimes against the Palestinian people, Dr. Sami Abu Zuhri, a Hamas spokesman in Gaza, said on Sunday.

He added in a press release that the report included accurate data on Israeli “state terrorism” such as murder, destruction of land and property, eviction of indigenous people, and Judaization.

The OCHA report is an “important, qualitative report” as it provided yet another international condemnation of the “Zionist crimes”, Abu Zuhri said.

I just noticed how the majority of thread in this section are started by you.

If you HATE Israel so much, why don't you move over there so you can fight instead of here crying? Israel fought for that land...and WON....get over it! Israel isn't going anywhere and nobody is going to take the land away from them. As long as the Pals refuse to acknowledge Israel and kill their people, there's always going to be fighting between them...until God has had enough. Which shouldn't be too much longer the way it looks!

Besides, the Arab's have so much stinking land...give the Pals some of theirs!

No they didn't.

He must be drawing a paycheck for this from some moron in Tehran. Monday-Friday 9 AM to 5 PM he is researching and posting petty nonsense about Israel.

I don't believe anyone here actually reads any of his posts anymore. The only response he gets is from Jstone spamming his threads.

Day in, day out, scouring the internet for anti jew hate. Must be a miserable way to make a living. Working a garbage truck would smell better, be more dignified and a great deal healthier.

There never was and never will be "Palestinian" land. It doesn't belong to them and never did. I think then that Jordan or Egypt should just give the Pals some of their land...wouldn't that settle the problem? Since they already occupied it, looks like Israel never took anything away from the Pals. So what's the problem? Sounds like they want the same thing the Left wants in America....something for nothing!

A dispute regarding the status of the territories was settled by an Arbitrator appointed by the Council of the League of Nations. It was decided that Palestine and Transjordan were newly created states according to the terms of the applicable post-war treaties. In its Judgment No. 5, The Mavrommatis Palestine Concessions, the Permanent Court of International Justice also decided that Palestine was responsible as the successor state for concessions granted by Ottoman authorities. The Courts of Palestine and Great Britain decided that title to the properties shown on the Ottoman Civil list had been ceded to the government of Palestine as an allied successor state.

In the Wikipedia article that you cite, the first thing it says is that a State of Palestine was declared in 1988, to cover only the West Bank and Gaza Strip. But a 23rd Arab state in that area only isn't even enough for you, Mr. Tinmore. You support the terrorist group Hamas, which wants to wipe out ALL of Israel, the only Jewish state in the world. And, in another issue, you claim to be a secular Christian, but you support the backwards-thinking Hamas, which wants to impose a strict Islamic state on its own citizens, thus denying even them basic human rights. You get all your info from the VERY reliable (sarcastic) Palestine News Agency, and you have never even been to the Middle East to support your own precious cause.

...it says is that a State of Palestine was declared in 1988,...

Indeed it was. The Palestinians also declared statehood in 1948. And the League of Nations declared it to be a state in 1922.

The Palestinians in general have always said that Palestine was their county. Being the native population, they are the only ones who have the right to make that determination. They have been defending their country for a hundred years.

Do you feel the same about the native Americans and all other disposed peoples since the dawn of time?
......... Oops!

Sure. The difference being that when the US was founded, for example, there were no international laws protecting the rights of native populations.

Now there are. The Palestinians have been consistently demanding the enforcement of international law. Unfortunately, international law is something you will never, never, never hear in any of the fake peace talks.

Oh well, too bad the Indians in America, Romans at their fall, to all the barbarian tribes, the barbarian tribes being driven from their ancestral homes by other invaders, Picts, Wolds in England and Jews by the Babylonians didn't have these laws protecting them.......... :eusa_whistle:
By ancient tradition I recognize that possession is 9/10s of the law........... and I'm 1/3rd American Indian........

So, who was that sultan, shakh, emir, imam, president, prime-minister of that state?

The Palestinians also declared statehood in 1948.
Ah, that castrated convention of losers in Gaza!
And the League of Nations declared it to be a state in 1922.
So, who was that shakh, emir, sultan, president, prime-minister, "abu-masen" of that state?
The Palestinians in general have always said that Palestine was their county.
Of course! They have to have to spread lies to hide their major immigrant asses!
Being the native population, they are the only ones who have the right to make that determination. They have been defending their country for a hundred years.
"So far from being persecuted, the Arabs have crowded into the country and multiplied until their population has increased more than even all world Jewry could lift up the Jewish population."
So said Winnie Chuchill and he knew his arabs very well.

State of Palestine - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Palestine (Arabic: فلسطين* Filasṭīn/Falasṭīn/Filisṭīn), officially declared as the State of Palestine (Arabic: دولة فلسطين*, Dawlat Filasṭin),[1][2][3] is a state that was proclaimed in exile in Algiers on 15 November 1988, when the Palestine Liberation Organization's (PLO) National Council (PNC) adopted the unilateral Palestinian Declaration of Independence. At the time of the 1988 declaration, the PLO did not exercise control over any territory,[4] and its claimed territory remained under Israeli occupation.[5] It claims the Palestinian territories (the Gaza Strip and the West Bank)[1] and has designated Jerusalem as the capital of Palestine.[ii][2][3]

  • There is nothing here about the league of nations creating the state in 1948 or 1922.
  • This declaration doesn't have any weight, I can declare that all of Europe is now a state called Wolverineya, It doesn't mean it really exist.

I think that your problem and the problem of the Palestinians is that you are not trying to think how it is possible to come to a peaceful resolution with Israel , you just want to undermine Israel as a whole, saying it has no right to exist.

This set of mind is one sided Israel does want peace, and the 2 states solution is acceptable to Israel while it is not acceptable by you and the Palestinians.

So tell me how is it possible to make peace with someone who doesn't acknowledge your right to exist ?
