In high turnout years, anyone else can go find historical voting data for Alabama. Maybe 8000 or so ballots are Military and Overseas. Likely they do not all vote for the same person, But if the Votes were changed on that basis: Then Jones gets 671,151 already counted. Moore picks up 8000(?), and has 658,436. The difference is 12,715 votes. The total is 1,352,367. No automatic recount. Difference is 0.9% not 0.5% of the total.
GOP in Alabama claims it is over. GOP nationally claims it is over. Likely the Chinese are accepting the outcome, and they own all the federal paper. The Republicans even want them to have more(?).
Time for Judge Moore to get on board with the outcome!
