On Saturday, the White House officially allowed the rebuttal memo drafted by House Democrats on the Intelligence committee to be released.

That's why sensitive info was put in the memo. The WH would have to redact it and the DNC's minions in the press could claim it was hiding evidence. The only collusion so far has been with the Democrats and the press.
