Oh wow, that's one screwed up guy.
Surely they go through counselling etc before they do anything like this? Wasn't the fact that his mother gave him hormones (which is a whole load of screwed up-ness in itself) brought up before he changed gender?

Seriously, I wish him/her well. My gut feeling is that those of us who know who and what we are can never really appreciate the mental and emotional agony these people must endure.
