A victory for Virginia women, "personhood" bill defeated

God will judge everybody, and murderers among them, when we stand before God.

Until then, we have laws to protect ourselves from murder. Even murder done in the name of "science" and "health" and "women's rights".

Certainly you will be judged very severely for being pro child abuse.

You know abortion causes child abuse, liar.

BTW...

You are going to burn in hell for being pro child abuse.

No, wrong. Just because God will judge us all doesn't mean we don't judge murderers now. Just as we judge all other monsters and criminals.

God will take care of the mass murderers, the child molesters, the batterers, the serial rapists....in his time. That doesn't mean we give them a pass here and now, though I understand there are a lot of people motivated to change that.

Thou shalt not kill.

Any kind of killing.

Or is that why it is not legal to post it in govt buildings?
Because no one follows it anyway?

Ok, we'll just call you a murderer then.

You can't murder something that doesn't not have consciousness.

You are pro child abuse.

Of course you can. Murder isn't the killing of a conscious person. It's just the killing of a person:

"Dominic L. Holt-Reid, a 28-year-old full-time college student and father of six, was charged last October under a 1996 state fetal homicide law that defines the unlawful termination of a pregnancy as murder."
Ohio man pleads guilty in forced-abortion attempt | Reuters

"
The decision, by a vote of 6 to 1, strengthens the state's 34-year-old fetal homicide law, which defines murder to include the ''unlawful killing'' of a fetus beyond seven or eight weeks development but which was vague about the issue of knowledge of the pregnancy."

California Law on Killing Fetus Is Strengthened - NYTimes.com

Please, let's talk some more about how it isn't murder to kill a fetus. I'm all agog to hear what you have to say.

BTW, I have spoken with and cared for child abuse victims. Have you?

The OP article is incorrect. The final version of the bill contained language outlawing the killing of an "unborn child". The earlier provisions that defined life as beginning at conception were removed in the final version of the bill.

Those who say this law would have outlawed IUDs, and other such nonsense, are wrong.

They also willfully chose to ignore the final provision at the end of the bill:

Nothing in this section shall be interpreted as creating a cause of action against a woman for directly or indirectly harming her unborn child.

That right there tells you all this bullshit hysteria over birth control and IUDs being outlawed is just lying propaganda.

This has been pointed out to people in other topics about this law. And yet they continue to propagate the lies about IUD and birth control being outlawed.

Which is consistent of ‘legislation’ drafted in bad faith; the provisions of the final version are therefore irrelevant. The issue, then, is a bill fashioned not to address the needs of the people but to merely further a rightist partisan agenda.

According to Gallup polls last summer, 80% of the country thought abortion should be legal in all (26%) or certain circumstances (51%) or had no opinion (3%).

Only 20% agreed that abortion should be illegal in all circumstances.

Also, 98.5% of all abortions are before 24 weeks, which is the medically accepted minimal time of viability.

And the vast majority of those are before 12 weeks, when the fetus is about the size of a raspberry.

God, or nature, is the most prolific abortionist. 30-50% of all pregnancies are naturally terminated before the 12th week.

Nobody believes abortion should be illegal in ALL circumstances, you ignorant boob. Again, you are spouting anti-facts, not providing any sort of link or verification and assuming people will actually believe you.

Isn't Santorum (R) even against abortion in the cases of incest or rape?

Yes.

He wants the government to force the 32,000 women who are raped each year to have the rapist's child.

He is one sick fuck.
