Wages have been stagnant for 45 years. This happens to coincide with the decline of unions. Right to Work is the Right to work for less. Statistic wise those states that have unions everyone makes higher pay.

For those that still have jobs it is a game of do more for no extra money. You're looking at 42 to 60 hours a week. The USA takes less time off as a whole and there is no legal right to it.
