A message to Republicans

Fuck all democraps and their messages to Republicans. Fuck em.

EXACTLY!!!!!!!! It is sad to see spinless cowards like Boehner, and several other establishment morons like that think they need to move to the center. How dumb are they? Why would Democrats want to help Republicans, it would be completely detrimental to Democrats to do so. Any advice for Republicans from Democrats is for the purpose of further destroying the Republican party and empowering the Democrat party even more. Seriously, if these establishment morons follow this "advice" from Democrats, then we might as well have the two parties merge and we can have a one party rule, and sadly, with the way Boehner loves being kicked in the ass, and only knows how to surrender, roll over and play dead...we are about at a one party merger now.

Do these idiot establishment Repbublicans really think by moving to the left and essentially becoming he Democrat party, suddenly people who have been life-long Democrats are gonna wake up and say, "gee, I think I will vote Republican this time".....no, it will never happen. No matter how much Republicans try to appease hispanics, it will never win them the majority of the hispanic vote. Ronald Reagan won election in 1984 with 40% of the hispanic vote. Republicans tried to appease hispanics by granting amnesty to over 3 million illegal immigrants in 1986. A lot of good that did, because in 1988, George HW Bush only got 30% of the hispanic vote. Yeah, alotta good it did to appease hispanics by granting amnesty to illegals.

What needs to be done is for Republicans to tell Democrats to take their advice and shove it. Republicans need to start conservative talk radio in spanish. They need to get their message out in spanish. Listening to Democrats...the enemy...is beyond stupid.

Rather astute observations, I think

The GOP cannot reach acrosss the asile and work with the DEMS because to do so means they'd have to give up everything the GOP now stands for.

The GOP stands for austerity for social programs. The Dems oppose that

The GOP stands for tax breaks for the "job creators". The Dems oppose that.

The GOP does not believe that Global Climate change is happening, but if it is, happening, they do not believe that mankind can do anything about it. The Dems do.

The GOP believes that this is a fundamentalist Christian nation, and that our laws and policies ought to reflect the values of fundamentalist christianity. The Dems believe this nation ought to be a secular nation.

The GOP believes that homosexuality is a sin and ought to be a crime. The Dems do not

The GOP believes that pregnant women do not have the moral right to abort fetuses. The Dems believes that women own their own bodies.

The GOP believes that people's right to arm themsevles is absolute. The Dems believe that gun ownership ought to be limited to hunting weapons and modest weapons of home defence.

The GOP believes that the number one problem in this nation is we coddle the poor. The Dems believe the problem is we coddle the wealthy.

Given the above, there's not much room for compromise when the basic things these opponents stand for are diametically opposing ideas.

There really is very little to compromise on.

Republicans.......Obama really was born in Hawaii. And he really is, legitimately, President of the United States. Again. And the Bureau of Labor Statistics did not make up a fake unemployment rate. And the Congressional Research Service really can find no evidence that cutting taxes on rich people grows the economy. And the polls were not skewed to oversample Democrats. And Nate Silver was not making up fake projections about the election to make Conservatives feel bad. Nate Silver was doing Math. And Climate Change is Real. And rape really does cause pregnancy sometimes. And Evolution is a real. And Benghazi was an attack on us, it was not a scandal by us. And nobody is taking away anyone’s guns. And taxes have not gone up. And the deficit is dropping, actually, and Saddam Hussein did not have Weapons of Mass Destruction, and the moon landing was real, and FEMA is not building concentration camps, and UN Election Observers are not taking over Texas, and moderate reforms on the regulations in the insurance industry in this country are not the same thing as Communism. And if the Republican Party and the Conservative Movement and the Conservative Media are stuck in a vacuum-sealed, door-locked spin cycle of telling each other what makes them feel good, and denying the factual, lived truth of the world, then we are all deprived as a nation of the constructive debate between competing, feasible ideas about real problems. Last night, the Republicans got shellacked. And they had no idea it was coming. And we saw them in real, humiliating time, not believe it even as it was happening to them. And unless they are going to secede, they are going to have to pop the factual bubble they have been so happy living inside if they do not want to get shellacked again. And that will be a painful process for them, I’m sure. But it will be good for the whole country, left, right and center. You guys, we’re counting on you. Wake up. There are real problems in the world. There are real, knowable facts in the world. Let’s accept those, and talk about how we might approach our problems differently. Let’s move on from there.”

Rachel Maddow? Now there's a fine representative of credibility.

Rachel Maddow earned a degree in public policy from Stanford in 1994.[19] At graduation she was awarded the John Gardner Fellowship.[20] She was also the recipient of a Rhodes Scholarship and began her postgraduate study in 1995 at Lincoln College, Oxford. In 2001, she earned a Doctor of Philosophy (DPhil) in politics from Oxford University.[21]

I stopped reading the minute I saw "Rachel Maddow" at the bottom.

What conversation?

You used a personal attack because her facts were correct.

I don't care where he was born. His mother enrolled him in school in Indonesia as a citizen of that country and as Barry Soetoro. Barry Soetoro never changed his name back to Barack Obama, and he registered in schools over here as a foreign student not a citizen of the USA. He told people he was born in Kenya before he ran for President, and his wife told a room full of people her husband was a Kenyan.

Rachel Madcow is a liar. Obama's home country is Kenya:

freedombecki is a birfer. :tinfoil: That explains everything :eusa_clap:

saying she's not credible, harry, IS attacking her personally.

that said, other than errors which occasionally occur and which maddow is pretty good at correcting on air, the research on her show is pretty irrefutable.

so you can choose to disagree with the conclusions she draws from the facts, but while we can have different opinions, there's only one set of facts....

and ultimately, that's what bit the GOP in the butt this time around.

Rachel Maddow? Now there's a fine representative of credibility.

She's a Rhodes scholar. Your statement was sarcastic, but true.

Here are the qualifications to become a Rhodes Scholar:
The qualifications for a Rhodes Scholar applicant are as follows:

(1) Academic achievements;
(2) Success and aptitude for sports;
(3) Moral character, selflessness, the desire to help others; and
(4) The desire and ability to lead others.

Rhodes scholar applicants must also be between the ages of eighteen and twenty-four and must be highly disciplined individuals who have the utmost respect for both authority figures and peers.

You should.

Because if Republicans keep on the path they are on, they will go the way of the Dodo.

I remember when there was no Rush Limbaugh, no FoxNews.

I remember when Republicans used to stand for something real.
Now their top priority is.....

....a BIGGER NET!!!!!!

"President Obama is using a Cold War-era mind-control technique known as "Delphi" to coerce Americans into accepting his plan for a United Nations-run communist dictatorship in which suburbanites will be forcibly relocated to cities. That's according to a four-hour briefing delivered to Republican state senators at the Georgia state Capitol last month.

On October 11, at a closed-door meeting of the Republican caucus convened by the body's majority leader, Chip Rogers, a tea party activist told Republican lawmakers that Obama was mounting this most diabolical conspiracy. The event—captured on tape by a member of the Athens-based watchdog Better Georgia (who was removed from the room after 52 minutes)—had been billed as an information session on Agenda 21, a nonbinding UN agreement that commits member nations to promote sustainable development. In the eyes of conservative activists, Agenda 21 is a nefarious plot that includes forcibly relocating non-urban-dwellers and prescribing mandatory contraception as a means of curbing population growth."

I find it interesting the Rachel is saying we need a fact based conservative party in America.

But the Conservative Media Complex has driven the Crazy Train off the rails.
