those in power in Europe seem persuaded that it would not matter if the people and culture of Europe were lost to the world. some have clearly decided to dissolve the people and elect another, because as Swedish conservative politician Fredrik Reinfeldt said: "only barbarism comes from countries like mine, whereas only good things come from outside"

Pretty soon, Europeans will also be spending millions on home security systems, something that Americans have been doing since the1960s.

If you told someone before World War II that Americans would be putting in alarms in their homes and hiring private security guards to drive around their neighborhoods, s/he would have thought that you were off your rocker.

Oxford I noticed yesterday when looking for some info had a study claiming it didn't. I guess Oxford was wrong. Studies concerning social aspects aren't a real accurate way to determine what actually happens in the "real world".

Actually, crime in the U.S. is going down, not up.....the media hype crime here, but the truth is that crime is on the downward trend....
