Bulls claim to be shoping Butler at a high asking price, but have interest in Okafor but none of our guards.
Lakers have interest in Noel and will be considering trading an excess Guard.
Perfect set up for a 3 way trade satisfying all teams needs.
Sixers can trade Okafor & choice guard from Lakers (Russell or Brandon Ingram) plus a 1st this year or preferably 1 next year to the Bulls for Butler,
and Noel to Lakers for that choice guard
maybe something more to entice the trade (but Centers are a more valuable commodity so even up is a fair trade).
Sixers in 2017 would look like:
Ben Simmons or Free Agent like Lowry as PG
& Butler as the SG
Draft rookie SF like Tatum
or if Lowry is signed move Simmons to SF,
ILLYASOVA if resigned or Saric PF and Embid at C
Bench would be amazing with
Bayless or another draft PF or Free agent,
Randle or Korkmaz SG,
Covington or TLC or rookie sf,
Saric or rookie PF or Holmes,
Holmes or Long Center.
Butler with Simmons back and this cast, it finally gets you interest from the better free agents.
