OK.. Well I knew MOST of that. But I did enjoy the cooking tip in the article.

And I know that my garden turtles consider them a delicacy.. But I doubt most folks are gonna get past the colors that ooze from their bodies as they are consumed.

Heck -- I thought folks would find McRib sandwiches disgusting. What do I know?
