They have to work at it for years just like everyone else.
Most football players don't want to be an NFL QB.
Most of the time the fastest players on the team are black, and they tend to be WR and RBs.
And let's face it....in H.S. the best player on the team was the QB most of the time, but the best athletes in the NFL are usually RBs and WRs. Apparently you have issues with genetics rather than white people.
I think unless you've played football or tried out for a college team maybe you should focus on other issues.

My experience is that 90% of blacks are constantly thinking about race whereas most whites never think about it.
Blacks always seem to think that when people are rude to them or don't give them what they want it's because they're racists, not because they're assholes.

The reason people didn't tune into the NFL was because they got tired of seeing a bunch of millionaires bitching about cop shootings. Players were blaming the National Anthem for the crap that goes on in large cities, when in fact the real problem is poverty and racism in the black community.
