The president of YouTube has said that these deletions occur according to some automated algorithm filter. I'd be curious to know exactly what caught the filter in Trump's ads that never blocks any ads from the DNC? It could be as simple as just a few keywords that Trump needs to avoid, such as:

• Schiff bites the big one
• Spiderlady Nancy
• Pocahontas Woo Woo
  
• Sniffer Biden's a lousy crook
• Rigged impeachment scam
• Being railroaded again
  
• Government coup to bypass voters
  
• Crazy Bernie's finger in light-socket
  
• Half the DNCers all going to jail

I'm sure if Donald simply eliminates these few bad phrases, all his Google and You Tube troubles will go away.

Maybe they want responsible adds, not flame inducing propaganda. If you are taking about paid adds, once you take the money, you should run the add, If you are talking about free postings in support of a candidate, they may not want to be part of a flame war propagated by either side. It is not like the sites are owned by the government. They figure they get to set the rules on their own sites. Go figure.
