Almost half of all blacks and Hispanics who attend Harvard were admitted because of illegal racial preferences in admissions according to a brief just filed by the Department of Justice.

The Department of Justice filed the brief in a federal lawsuit filed by Students For Fair Admissions. It says Harvard's race-based admissions process violates federal law.

Let's wake up and smell the coffee.

In a few days, we will have a new President and possibly a Dem Senate.

So preference for certain ethnicities & gender will continue to be a fact of life.

It is the current zeitgeist that certain groups were denied equality in the past and everything must be done to atone for this injustice.

(Harvard is not the only place that is complying with the zeitgeist. Here in Los Angeles, the University of Southern California has announced that low-income students may study there tuition-free.)
