Latest from Walton after two men were shot after masked gunmen burst into a house and opened fire.
We will be bringing you the latest from the scene this morning.
Police said at around 8.30pm on Sunday a report was received that four masked men wearing dark clothing entered Dane Street and shot two men inside. It is believed to have been a targeted shooting.
And here is the cultural difference........they didn't kill the two men...simply shot them....as is often the case in British shootings...they shoot to punish and threaten but rarely kill....
Fortunately it is not believed the men have suffered life-threatening injuries.
