Did he and his people go out and spin some insulting lie about the attacks being the result of a "spontaneous" action that started as a protest? Did Bush's State Department deny *hundreds* of requests for better security from those installations and did Bush's Sec State make the unbelievable claim that no one told her that those facilities had asked for more security?
