1. If you didn't play social engineer through offering tax breaks for things, and made everyone pay a single bracket flat tax with no deductions, this wouldn't be a problem. Even the poor would be paying THEIR Fair Share.

2. Why aren't you helping your nation in need by paying extra? There's a line to allow you put pay the entirity of your earnings after expenses to the government so you can be a good patriotic American and turn over your profiteering from work to those who need it more than you.

If you have a millionaire pay 10% of his earnings ($100,000), and a person making 20k a year ($2,000) a year that is the same? No you ignoramus. But now since you have so FEW millionaires out there who would be HAPPY to pay ONLY 10% of their earnings a year as compared to the 90% you'd prefer them to pay and make it profitable for them to run away and hide their money, versus the MILLIONS of people earning near the poverty line who currently PROFIT from income tax paying, you'd come out way ahead.

No. End ALL tax credits and subsidies for all income levels. Equality under the law, remember? Just lower the overall rate to the basement of 10%.

Want more disposable income? Do like the middle class. Get another job. Poverty should not be comfortable, beneficial or subsidized.

You don't think adding about 75 million people paying income taxes, even if it is only a few hundred bucks isn't going to increase overall revenue, you're a bigger idiot I give you credit for. If you on the same hand decrease the overall tax burden on those discriminated on by the current tax code, the rich, but eliminate the social engineering, you will see a decrease in revenue from them, yes, but you will see a massive increase in their investment and spending with their excess capital, allowing for much more economic growth. Plus, no longer meddling in social engineering will disabuse people of living off the government tit, decreasing the drain from government, allowing the size to be reduced, again, increasing private sector vitality.

One big POSITIVE feedback loop. As it should be.
