is stormy running for office?
It's a lie that he pulled right out of his ass.
Not so far. The prosecution proved, very well, that Donald Trump paid everything out of his personal account. They had records, cancelled checks and Cohen's income tax records showing that he received this money and paid taxes on it.Falsifying business records.
Right, I think he served 3 yearsThanks. I was wrong though. I said he served only 13½ months. But that's what he spent in prison. He spent another year and a half home arrest.

No he's not. Because there is no crime either way. The case is that the payments were made to cover up ANOTHER crime, as yet unspecified. It's unspecified because the prosecution wants to charge some kind of election interference. But, that's a federal crime and cannot be tried in state court. Federal prosecutors have turned it down because they didn't see any crime. So, Bragg has claimed an unspecified crime was committed and expects the jurors to imagine one.It doesn't matter how he paid it. He's not on trial for how he paid it. He's on trial for how he reported it.
ummmm.
no.
You should read up on the case so that you can figure out why it's relevant.Irrelevant. Please read up on the case before commenting again.

One normally pays attorneys retainers as legal expenses. $35,000 a month for an ambulance chaser like Cohen was high.
I already did. We have been over this. You know nothing about any of this. You should read up on the case so that you can figure out why it's relevant.
It would be an issue if He used campaign funds..............He didn't, feds didn't want to prosecute...........either.
Actually I know that you're allergic to facts.I already did. We have been over this. You know nothing about any of this.
Could be anything, contracts, purchase agreements. Businesses have a lot of legal work going on. That's why international businesses have attorneys on retainer. They pay them a monthly salary. Like Trump paid Cohen.Oh? What legal work was Cohen doing for Trump after the election?
This crybabying won't help you.Actually I know that you're allergic to facts.
No crying, just the facts. This crybabying won't help you.
Haha poor guyNo crying, just the facts.
Unless you wrote those funds off your taxes as a business expense.
You’re not showing off your intelligence very well. Which bank account the funds came from has nothing to do with the case as long as they are traced to DT. The issue is with trying to hide a payment as a legal expense that needed to be disclosed per campaign law.
