I said several times when the raid first happened that those photos were obviously staged. That caused much bed wetting among the TDS folk on here.

These delays mean that there is no way this case goes to trial before the election. I look for Jack Smith to become unhinged over it. Truth be told, he’s not that well “hinged” in the first place.

I'm not too sure who tells you MAGAts things like "all Trump's trials are crumbling" because that's not exactly the case. They may "crumble," they may not.
In NY anyway that will all be up to a jury of Trump's peers.

How's the Jan. 6th trail going to move forward when the Supreme Court hasn't made a decision yet? The likelihood is that it's going to be sent back to the Appeals Court. If that happens, there's no way that that trial will happen before the election.

In an order Tuesday, U.S. District Court Judge Aileen Cannon cited issues around pre-trial motions and classified evidence in the case. The trial start date was originally scheduled for May 20.

Cannon wrote that the "finalization of a trial date at this juncture ... would be imprudent and inconsistent with the Court's duty to fully and fairly consider the various pending pre-trial motions before the Court, critical [Classified Information Procedures Act] issues, and additional pretrial and trial preparations necessary to present this case to a jury."

The special counsel declined to comment.
