For some reason Bragg seems to still think that paying a NDA is illegal! They just spent a day proving that Trump paid one. Was that ever disputed? The judge in this trial is awful. Any REAL judge would ask the prosecution what the relevance was with these witnesses and a supposed crime! If they couldn't show a crime a REAL judge would tell them to move on with their case! Same thing with the Access Hollywood tape. What relevance did that have to a crime? Yet the judge allowed a transcript of that to be shown to the jury? Why?
