A major precipitating causative factor leading to the holocaust was the Democratic party exporting their brand of systemic racism to Europe.

Sure there was a lot of hatred and violence against the Jews in Europe through history before the Nazis, but that was mob violence type of shit.

The Democratic party in America was unique because they were the only modern western political party that actually codified their racially discriminatory policies into a legal framework. The Democratic party's style of institutional racism and segregation even had separate drinking fountains for blacks. They made them go to the back of the bus. Made them go to separate schools etc, etc...

The Nazi's admired that. The Nazis also admired the Democratic party's terrorist wing, the KKK, for it's racial "discipline" and brutal enforcement of the Democrat social order. They referenced the Democrats' Jim Crow system as proof that codified racial hierarchy was already accepted in a modern country.

So the Nazi leadership sent one of their jurists, Heinrich Krieger, to the University of Alabama School of Law to gain insight regarding how the Democratic party of slavery and Jim Crow codified their systemic racism into law and implemented it on the streets on a day to day basis.

Krieger was one of the Nazi jurists who convened in Nuremburg to draft the Nuremburg blood and soil laws that directly led to the holocaust. The holocaust could not have happened without the Nuremburg laws.

The Democrats exported their system of codified systemic institutional racism to Europe, which directly led to the holocaust.
