I just had something similar pop up on my I Phone when u tried to open YT. It said something about location sharing with friends, and subscribers. **** that. And it wouldn't let me bypass, or decline. So I'm done using my I phone for YT.

Confederate is correct and all they are doing is merging the two systems allowing cross communication.
