Okay I feel really bad for the girl as I know that it had to be a really scary situation but how is it anybody's fault but the child's and her mother that was supposed to be watching her? Thank God she didn't get her arm torn off though.

Maybe there was nothing wrong with the elevator but in today's world there is so much money at stake that judges and juries as well as ambulance chasing lawyers might all have their hands in the pie.
