My thanks to the Eagle's song, Hotel California, for helping me describe Delaware's new law, which forbids businesses from leaving the state.

Gov. Matthew Meyer signed the SB 21 legislation into law Tuesday and said the changes would maintain Delaware's place as the best place in the world to incorporate a business

But, you can never leave.

It doesnt do anything of the sort. The bill was designed to keep the companies interests in staying in the state.
