When I had my first daughter I called my mom and told her and asked her to call my best friend. She kept getting some guy in Philadelphia, so she just told him all about it and he was very happy for her to be a Gra'ma.

That guy could've been from anywhere in the world, but I am guessing that he was a local resident.
