Yeah, but still, MTG has a pair of guns on her I like and I bet she could mop the floor with a lot of guys, especially the whiny, little snivelly leftwing types.

Still, I'd like to know more. I can kinda see Johnson's point about a common national standard for AI except for these two small things:

1. The federal government has a rather poor track record on guarding and securing things. The Clintons even gave out missile technology secrets to the Chinese. The Fed are the ones that let the Chinese beat us out the gate with AI technology in the first place, and by the DOJ's own admission, they let Trump and Biden both go home with boxes and boxes full of top secrets they should not have had. The Fed could not even stop a chinese spy balloon, so how well can they protect AI?
2. The Constitution says that all things not innumerated to the Fed fall to the states to control, and nowhere in the Constitution does it even suggest that the fed should have exclusive control over computer software. So what now--- now that the BBB has determined that a software might fall under "national interest," what next, will the Fed start seizing control of MS and Apple programs as well?
