Interesting question, if Daniel Penny had been acquitted and Harris were coming into office, would the "Justice Department" have lodged "civil rights" charges against him? This happened in the death of Rodney King in Los Angeles, see Shielded from Justice: Los Angeles: Background. This legal form of double jeopardy (under the "two sovereigns" rule) is not uncommon.

Would that have happened here?

NOTE: Poll question cut short, should have been "(i)f Daniel Penny had been acquitted, would the Kamala Harris "Justice Department" have retried him on "civil rights" charges?

That's a good question, and I will admit that the Democrats waging "lawfare" on federal charges when juries deliver verdicts that someone in government did not agree with was always bothersome to me. I don't believe the federal government should take any interest in these high profile cases.

It is sad to say, but I fully believe she would. Corruption, ignorance, indoctrination, and criminality are nothing if not absolutely predictable. You can set your watch to these corrupt politicians. It's never a surprise because we already know what they are going to do. The only thing they know or understand is corruption. Thankfully, people seem to be rejecting it for the time being.

Kamala should be accomplishing all her promises from the campaign trail. She is still in office.

SHE HAS 30 DAY LEFT.

WHAT THE **** IS SHE DOING?

Ever since the Obama era, the DOJ has been out of control. Whenever something happens somewhere and the Democrat's DOJ doesn't like the result, they are always right there to retry the case all over again, hoping for a different outcome.

Without a doubt.

Remember, Kamala Harris is dumb as dogshit and fell for the Jussie Smollett hoax.

One thing the DISGUSTING FILTH in the media never tells you about how and why those Cops beat the **** out of that POS Rodney King is --

Everybody knows, at least criminals know, that if you're being chased by the Cops, all you gotta do is cause an accident bad enough to hurt someone and the Cops are REQUIRED TO STOP PURSUIT and render aid.

And that's what the piece of ******* shit was trying to do. He was bashing into cars with people in them on the road, trying to cause a bad accident. That way, the Cops would have to stop and render aid.

So when the Cops finally got to him, they beat his ******* ass. Good on them. If it had been me, he would have never testified. One reason why I wouldn't have made a very good Cop.

This is just one of a million examples of how dishonest the DISGUSTING FILTH in the media is.

Can't say.....I'd rather just forget she ever existed.
You are ignoring her greatness and eloquence. People like you who don't understand her speeches call them word salads when in fact they loft over your head.
