Would anyone like to compare Rachel Levine's credentials with RFK's?

Interesting that Levine's Wiki page mentions "she" is a transgender, but does not say what name "she" was actually born with or when she had her operation to majke her a "girl."

But oddly enough, "Rachel" is married to another girl!

Does that make Rachel a transsexual lesbian?
In other words, a man pretending to be a girl having sex with another woman?

He's a nut

Regrettably, I seeing just the kind of replies I expected to get. But mostly silence.

RFK is absolutely correct about the poisons allowed in our food supply that are banned in many other countries. Food isn't allowed to have the chemicals and dyes in Europe, unlike here.
I would rather folks focus on that than the delusion of gender affirming care bullshit.
No one questions either the billions paid out in settlements for medical products and devices deemed safe and effective.
Speaking of, why is the safe Covid vaccine still immune from liability?

Levine graduated from Harvard College and the Tulane University School of Medicine, completing a residency in pediatrics and a postdoctoral fellowship in adolescent medicine at the Mount Sinai Medical Center in Manhattan, New York.[13]
After completing her training in pediatrics and psychiatry at New York City's Mount Sinai Hospital, Levine moved from Manhattan to central Pennsylvania in 1993 where she joined the faculty of the Penn State College of Medicine and the staff at Penn State Hershey Medical Center.[14] During her tenure, she created Penn State Hershey Medical Center's Division of Adolescent Medicine and the Penn State Hershey Eating Disorders Program. She was in charge of the latter when she was nominated for the position of Pennsylvania physician general in 2015.[14]
In 2015, Levine was nominated by Pennsylvania Governor-elect Tom Wolf to serve as Pennsylvania's physician general. In one of her most lauded actions as physician general, Levine signed an order allowing law enforcement officers to carry naloxone.[15]
In July 2017, Governor Wolf appointed Levine as Secretary of Health, and she was unanimously confirmed by the Pennsylvania State Senate.[16] (which was controlled by Repubs)
On October 19, 2021, Levine was commissioned as a four-star admiral in the U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps, becoming the first openly transgender four-star officer in any of the United States uniformed services as well as the first female four-star admiral in the Commissioned Corps.

As far as I can tell, I'm sure you folks will correct me if I'm wrong, RFK's dubious qualifications include being an environmental lawyer and a long time antivax advocate. That and endorsing trump while asking those who supported his candidacy to vote for the soon to be Felon-in-Chief.

With respect to Levine being trans, I'm not aware of it impairing her duties as Asst. Sec. for Health. Anybody? Cuz so far being trans is the only criticism of her I've seen here.

I guess the way I look at her appointment is experience and knowledge being prioritized over some people's objections to her lifestyle.
Psst. RFK is taking over for Xavier Becerra not for the tranny. Bacerra has a BA in economics.

I do not expect draconian action resulting. I do expect moving the needle with questions we all have had over the years. Lobbying is a cause of problems for people not privileged from it. There are some who want to legalize marijuana saying there are extra ingredients in it from illegal means. There are questions on products we need to live on including vaccines that need to be answered. Then we move on.
I think RFK makes some good points on the industrialization of our food supply. But nothing that hasn't been around for years.

Why does Levine's trans status make her a pariah to the Right given her stellar background?

I'm trying to get to the bottom of why, when the qualifications of trump nominees comes up, trumples invoke Levine.

Trans-testicle females have a mental illness and deny science. RFK is a heterosexual male who knows and understands basic science.

Because it's a mental illness with the expectation that everyone accepts their identity as a reality -- one of the very reasons Democrats lost biggly this year.

I don't. I invoke the guy with the BA in economics he is going to replace. RFK has devoted decades of his life to the health of this country. Becerra devoted his to getting re-elected.

Levine is just a troubled man with a mental illness. Perhaps it doesn't stop him from performing his job, but it certainly raises questions.

But….but….Levine looks yucky

The more concerning issue are the delusional people around him, like you, who insist on rewarding his mental illness.

More importantly than credentials on paper, perhaps you would care to point to ANYTHING or any policy initiated and/or implemented by Rachel Levine that improved anything in the last four years? That was good for America and Americans?

If RFK Jr can actually make a positive difference--and it is the agenda and the will to act that will make a positive difference--then his credentials will be superior to Rachel's.

I love your wisdom. Democrats need it too.
