2. We know blacks are mentally inferior.

So would AA be acceptable if instead we were told "Blacks are failures like all mentally handicapped people are, and as a civilized nation, we are obligated to help them even at the expense of whites?"

The Inner-City Black subculture is so dysfunctional that it is impossible to measure racial differences. That being said, most Liberal "affirmative action" programs are predicated on an unspoken premise that Blacks will never be able to compete on an equal basis with Whites. In my opinion, this premise is more limiting on Black achievement than any other factor.
